This is a Vintage Rhodonite Pendant with hand-cut trim surrounding the bezel.  Set in sterling silver. It's not stamped or marked with the maker's hallmark, but has been tested in the past.  The bail can accomodate up to a 6mm navajo pearl, oxy bead or stone beaded necklace. Rhodonite is an uncommon mineral & is found in a few small deposits around the world.
